Banner Contest

We need a new unique banner and our own unique site skin. The banner must feature Shadow, Sonic, a green recolor of Sonic, Pikachu, Ivysaur, and Blastoise, my favorite Pokemon. It would also be nice if you could include Silver and Charizard. Amy Rose and a Rayquaza, which I am also a fan of, would be worth extra. The banner must say "Sonic & Pokemon Madness", and below that, in a much smaller font, it must say "Home of Pokemon and Sonic Roleplays." Think y'all are up to the task??? Whoever wins gets a few free animations and images in the PM system. If you don't know what Rayquaza looks like, here's an image:

The winner will be determined by voting. The deadline will be determined later, because it of no importance right now. After this contest is over, we will have a theme contest using the banner!

Update: Since there has been absolutely no progress with the contest, I'll just have Shadow do it.

Latest update: It looks like Shadow REALLY screwed up the site this time. For about 15 minutes we didn't have a banner. Thankfully, he fixed the problem!
